f you do not absolutely LOVE coffee, you really need to. Do yourself a favor and do not get into this business to make 'lots of money' as it ain't gonna happen. You can make a decent living, and have some leftover for a rainy day but it's a lot of hard work, dedication, and most of all passion.

The purpose of this site and my reason for being a coffee industry consultant is to help good folks with desire and passion to start a coffee shop. A desire to be in business and a passion for great coffee.  But just having desire and passion is not enough.  I help fuse the two together in order push it all in the right direction from the start.
